Refund Policies

To request a refund, please review our refund policies for our product offerings below and reach out using our Support Form. 

  • Stable Assistant/Artisan:
    • Stable Assistant/Artisan may give refunds on subscription charges at our discretion, depending on the circumstances below.

      If a purchase is accidentally made by a friend or family member.
      If you find a Stable Assistant subscription charge on your card or other payment method that you didn't make and that wasn't made by anyone you know.
      Your refund request is submitted within 48 hours of the subscription charge and your usage is below 2% of the allotted monthly generations.
      Refund requests are processed manually, and you can contact us here. We aim to respond within 2-3 business days. If there's a slight delay, rest assured we'll honor your request based on the submission date.

      For payment processing, we use Stripe, and refunds are typically credited to your bank within 5-10 business days, this is dependent on your bank.

      Note: We reserve the right to decline or provide a prorated refund if there are indications of potential abuse of our refund policy. Our goal is to maintain fairness for all users.
  • Dream Studio:
    • Dream Studio operates on a monthly subscription model and refunds for cancellations are generally not issued. A cancellation request will take effect at the end of the billing cycle - allowing you to use all your subscription credits until then. After your subscription has lapsed, you will still have access to your Dream Studio account.
  • Platform API:
    • Service credits are not currency and are not redeemable for money or any sum of monetary value. Service credits are non-refundable and may be used only in connection with the applicable Service.  
  • Stable Audio:
    • Stable Audio may give refunds on subscription charges at our discretion, depending on the circumstances below.
